A sense of civic responsibility resonates throughout our organization. Driven by the commitment of our founders to “give back” every chance we have, Kingsgate is an active member in our business community, our trade community and our local community. We serve on boards of local and national non-profits, sponsor chamber of commerce events, support local sports organizations and schools, contribute and serve our trade associations and much more.

Each year Kingsgate donates thousands of dollars to organizations working to improve our immediate communities as well as reaching out to support aid agencies whose relief efforts span the globe. We actively pursue opportunities to donate our services to relief agencies working to improve our communities across the country which engages each one of our employees in the good work of giving.

But real community involvement requires more than a donation; often it also requires what might be our greatest treasure – our time. That’s why Kingsgate CEO Merry Beckham announced “Employee Time Back”, a program that promotes the involvement of our staff in our community by giving them their time back spent serving our communities through paid time off. We firmly believe great citizens make great employees!
